Delivery is usually within two to three weeks, arranged around your diary rather than a courier’s. Delivery within the UK is free on every machine.
Contour Group machine engineers deliver and set the machine up in your clinic, positioned and working — not left on a pallet at the door.
Your team’s training date is arranged on or shortly after delivery, and the online safety course can be done before the machine even arrives.
We want the machine to arrive in perfect condition and go to work quickly — which is why delivery is handled by people who know the machines, not a general courier. If your room needs anything checking before the machine arrives, tell us at the ordering stage and we will go through it with you.
