No. Most people who ring us are not qualified yet, and that is completely normal. The qualification comes with the machine — you train on your own device, in your own clinic, as part of the purchase.

You are not paying for something twice. If you already hold the matching qualification, the included training places can go to your team instead — tell us what you hold and we will map out exactly what you need.

Some UK areas, including London and Wales, require a laser licence in addition to Core of Knowledge and machine training, and England is introducing a wider licensing framework for non-surgical cosmetic procedures. We help with licence information and applications for your location.

Yes. Finance is arranged through an FCA-regulated finance partner, who makes the lending decision rather than us. It is available to UK business customers and is subject to status and credit approval. We will talk it through honestly, including telling you if we do not think the timing is right.

Trading history, filed accounts, and how long the business has been going. A newer business is not automatically refused — the finance partner considers applications on their own facts — but those are the usual things they look at.

Delivery within the UK is free on every machine, and installation is arranged with your training so the machine is set up, working and understood before we leave you with it.

Every machine carries a 12-month UK parts and labour warranty, including the handpieces, with UK-based engineers and a callout service behind it.

After-sale support from a team who own and run clinics themselves, access to our customer resource hub, and expert help from our Yorkshire team Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
