This policy covers products bought from our online shop, such as salon lights, accessories, safety glasses and consumables. Machines are covered by our Machine Terms and Conditions. Our shop sells to salons, clinics and other businesses.
Check your order when it arrives
Please check your items within 7 days of delivery. If anything has been damaged in transit, email us photos of the item and the packaging within those 7 days so we can raise it with the courier.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, tell us within 14 days of delivery. Send photos or a short video of the problem to sales@contourgroup.co.uk and we will exchange it for the same item. If we cannot replace it, we will refund you in full. After 14 days, any warranty that comes with the product applies.
Unused items you no longer need
You can ask to return an unused item within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original packaging and in a condition we can sell again. You pay the return postage, and a restocking fee may apply: we will confirm any fee before you send the item back.
How refunds are paid
