Do I need to buy a Contour machine?
No. The package is available on its own. If you are also planning to buy an eligible machine, it is included free, so talk to us before ordering.
I have run my salon for years. Is this for beginners?
No. Experienced owners tend to use the strategy call to pressure-test their pricing and offers rather than start from scratch.
Can my manager take the call instead?
Yes, and sometimes that is the better choice. Whoever controls the diary and the pricing tends to get the most out of it.
Is Katie part of Contour Group?
No. Katie is an independent beauty business coach we work with. Her advice is about your business, not our machines.
How much is it?
